Will my order look exactly like the pictures?

Each item is one of a kind but will look as close to the pictures as possible. Working with wood means there could be a slight grade and colour variation and working with a laser means there could be a slight etching and finishing variation. Edges on certain products may have minor charring. This is not a flaw and is result of using a laser cutter. Flowers may differ depending on seasonality but each bouquet will be in golden, gender neutral hues.

Can I customise my order? 

If you have a specific idea in mind feel free to send us a message and we will look in to it. 

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate of $8 throughout New Zealand. If you spend over $80 shipping is free.

Can I make any changes?

Due to the nature of our business we can’t make any changes once you have placed an order so please choose carefully.

I've changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we don’t offer returns if you change your mind, however if your items are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

How long will my order take?

Each item is made to order so please allow up to 5 working days (10 working days for business plaques), excluding shipping. If you require your order sooner than this please send us a message before you complete your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate.

How do I care for my items?

Our items are keepsakes not toys. For longevity keep dried flowers out of direct sunlight and away from curious hands.

Do you use sustainable packaging?

Yes, all of our packaging is environmentally friendly. Our beautiful tissue paper and stickers can be composted or recycled after use. Our boxes are commercially compostable and 100% biodegradable and our courier bags are made from 100% recycled materials.
